8 Front Raises

  1. Stand upright and grab a plate with your arms extended in front of you.

2. Flex your shoulders to raise your arms to shoulder height. Now try to make Horizontal number 8 (the infinity symbol) by moving your arms in space.

 

3. Perform the movement for the required number of reps.
