Incline Barbell Front raises

  1. Place a barbell in front of an incline bench and lie face down on the bench.

2. Ask a friend or your training partner to hand you the barbell. This is the starting position.

 

3. Raise the bar to shoulder height by squeezing your traps and front delts. 

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
