Set the cables as high as possible without any attachments and grab each cable with the opposite hand.
2. Stand in the center of the machine and relax your arms, allow the weight of the cable to pull your arms. This is the starting position.
3. Pull the cables by flexing your elbows and squeezing the muscles in your upper back afterwards.
4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
