Reverse Pec Deck

  1. Sit in the reverse fly machine (Chest fly machine) and adjust the handles so you can grab them with your arms fully extended in front of you.

2. Push your chest against the support pad, flex your read delts and push the handles apart in a circular motion until your arms are extended lateral to your shoulders.


3. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly return to the starting position.
