Sideways Neck Stretches

  1. Sit (Or stand) Upright and place one hand on the top of your head.

2. Slowly pull your head to the side and try to touch your shoulder with your ear (WITHOUT shrugging your shoulders).

 

3. You should feel a comfortable stretch on the opposite side of your neck.

 

4. Hold the stretch for the required amount of time and after that, repeat the steps for the other side of your neck.
