Standing calf raises (intermediate)

  1. Stand in front of a wall and lean on to it with your arms extended over your head.

2. Slowly step away from the wall until you can’t keep your heels on the ground (Make sure to keep your entire body in a straight line). This is the starting position.

 

3. Raise your heels off the ground while creating resistance by pushing your hands to the wall.

 

4. Constantly move your heels between these two points until fatigue.
