Cable Reverse Flys

  1. Set the cables as high as your height without any attachments and grab each cable with the opposite hand.

2. Stand in the center of the machine and extend your arms in front of you. This is the starting position.

 

3. Flex your abs and move your arms outward and backward while keeping them straight.

 

4. Once your arms are fully extended outward to each side hold the contraction for a moment and slowly return to the starting position.
