Lying Around The World

  1. Lie face down on the ground and grab a pair of very light dumbbells with your palms facing the ground.

    Note: Dumbbells are optional.

2. Lift the dumbbells off the ground and keep them next to your hips. This is the starting position.

 

3. Slowly raise your arms over your head in a wide arc. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly return to the starting position.
