Neck Isometric Tension (Sideways)

  1. Sit (Or stand) Upright and place your left palm against your left temple.

2. Push your temple into your palm while pushing equally your palm into your temple.


3. Keep the isometric tension on the left side of your neck for the required amount of time.


4. Once finished, repeat the steps for the right side of your neck.
