Standing Concentration Curls

  1. Fill up a backpack with books or something else so it is heavy enough.

2. Lean on a chair without hunching your back to take the tension off your back.

 

3. Curl the weight up towards your chest.

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower the backpack back to the starting position. 

 

5. Once finished, repeat the steps with your other arm.
