Towel lat pulldowns

  1. Lie on your stomach, Grab a towel or a piece of cloth and slowly pull it towards yourself while trying to stretch it.

2. As the towel gets closer to your chest, arch your back more.

 

3. Once the towel has touched your upper chest, pause for a moment and extend your arms back to the starting position.
