  1. Stand upright and grab a pair of dumbbells with your arms extended at your sides (Palms facing in).

2. Slightly lean forward and raise the dumbbells by bending your elbows and rotating your shoulder externally. 

 

3. Once the dumbbells have reached above shoulder height, pause for a moment and slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
