Stand Straight with feet Shoulder-width apart and hold the barbell from the middle with both hands (Palms facing your body) and do the following steps:
- Release the right hand from the bar.
- Extend the left wrist to raise the bar.
- Grab the barbell with the right hand with your wrist completely flexed.
- Release the left hand from the bar.
- Extend the right wrist to raise the bar.
- Grab the barbell with the left hand with your wrist completely flexed.
Start over from step 1.
