Cable Upright Rows

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with a straight bar attached to it.

2. Stand upright in front of the cable with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab the handle with a narrow overhand grip.

 

3. Keep your chest up and your shoulders back. This is the starting position.

 

4. Raise the handle vertically as you flex your elbows up towards the ceiling (Make sure to keep the handle next to your body and maintain a neutral spine during the exercise).

 

5. Once the bar has reached chin height, slowly lower it back to the starting position.
