Machine Lateral Raises

  1. Sit in a lateral raise machine after loading it with a desirable weight.

2. Grab the handles and adjust your arms under the pads.

 

3. Flex your shoulders and raise your arms laterally by pushing out the pads with your upper arms until you reach shoulder height.

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
