Upright Rows

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab a EZ barbell with a narrow overhand grip after loading it with a desirable weight.

2. Keep your chest up and your shoulders back.

 

3. Raise the bar vertically as you flex your elbows up towards the ceiling (Make sure to keep the barbell next to your body and maintain a neutral spine during the exercise).

 

4. Once the bar has reached chin height, slowly lower it back to the starting position.
