Seated Barbell Arnold press

  1. Sit upright on a bench with the incline set to 75 degrees and grab a barbell at shoulder height with your hands shoulder-width apart (Palms facing towards your body). This is the starting position.

2. Raise the bar vertically by extending your arms over your head and pressing through your palms. 

 

3. Once your arms are fully extended, pause for a moment and lower the bar back to the starting position.
