Incline Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises

  1. Lie on an incline bench and hold a Pair of dumbbells in your hands.

2. Flex your left shoulder to raise your arm until it’s perpendicular to the ground, hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower your arm back to the starting position.

 

3. Now repeat the steps with your right arm.
