Incline Single Handed Dumbbell Front Raises

  1. Lie on an incline bench and hold a Pair of dumbbells in your hands.

2. Flex your left shoulder to raise your arms until it’s perpendicular to the ground.

 

3. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower your arm back to the starting position.

 

4. Perform the movement for the required number of raps and once finished, repeat the steps with the other arm.
