Seated Dumbbell Arnold press

  1. Sit upright on a bench and grab a pair of dumbbells at shoulder height (Palms facing towards your body). This is the starting position.

2. Rotate your palms so they face away from your body and extend your arms over head.

 

3. Once your arms are fully extended pause for a moment and slowly lower the dumbbells and right before your arms are bent to 90 degrees, rotate your palms back to the starting position.
