Single Handed Overhead Front Raises

  1. Stand upright and grab a single dumbbell with your arm extended at your side (Palms facing in).

2. Flex your left shoulder to raise your arm over your head, hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower your arm back to the starting position.

 

3. Perform the movement for the required number of raps and once finished, repeat the steps with your right arm.
