Single Handed Rope Front Raises

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with a rope attached to it.

2. Grab the rope and stand upright facing away from the machine. This is the starting position.

 

3. Flex your shoulder to raise your arm to shoulder height, hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower your arm back to the starting position. 

 

4. Perform the movement for the required number of reps and once finished, repeat the steps with the other arm.
