Standing Cable Hammer Curls

  1. Stand Straight with your hands and feet Shoulder-width apart. Set the cable as low as possible and hold the Rope attachment with a Neutral grip.

2. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders and contract your lats and abs.

 

3. Curl the weight Up towards your chest and squeeze your biceps. 

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly come back down.
