Singlehanded Cable Bicep Curls

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with a single hand attachment.

2. Grab the handle and turn around, facing away from the machine.

 

3. Step forward and allow your arm to go back and stretch your bicep.

 

4. Curl the weight up towards your shoulder by bending your elbow and squeezing your bicep while keeping your upper arm behind your body.

 

5. After a brief pause, slowly return to the starting position. Once finished, repeat the steps with your other arm.
