Singlehanded Cable Double Bicep Curl

  1. Set the cable as high as possible and grab the handle with your palm facing the ceiling.

2. Stand at the center of the machine and lean away on your opposite leg. 

 

3. Curl the weight towards your face and squeeze your biceps. 

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly go back to the starting position. Once finished repeat the steps with your other arm.
