Overhead Barbell Front Raise

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab a barbell with an overhand grip and your hands shoulder-width apart.

2. Keep your chest up and your shoulders back. Raise the bar over your head. This is the starting position.

 

3. Slowly lower the barbell without bending your elbows and stop the bar at shoulder height. 

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and raise the bar back to the starting position.
