Dumbbell Drag Curls

  1. Stand Straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab a pair of Dumbbells with a supinated (Underhand) grip.

2. Bring the Dumbbells up in a straight line and allow your elbows to go back as you raise the dumbbells.

 

3. Hold the Contraction for a moment and slowly lower the Dumbbells once again in a straight line.
