EZ Barbell Drag Curls

  1. Stand Straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab the EZ bar with a supinated (Underhand) grip.

2. Curl the weight up towards your chest and try to keep the bar very close to your body.

 

3. Hold the Contraction for a moment and slowly lower the barbell while maintaining a very close distance between your body and the barbell.
