Incline Dumbbell Front raises

  1. Place a pair of dumbbells in front of an incline bench and lie face down on the bench.

2. Ask a friend or your training partner to hand you the dumbbells. This is the starting position.

 

3. Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height by squeezing your traps and front delts. 

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
