Lying Cable Hammer Curls

  1. Set the cable as high as possible and place a bench underneath it.

2. Lie on the bench and grab the Rope attachment with a Neutral Grip.

 

3. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders and contract your lats and abs.

 

4. Curl the weight towards your chest and squeeze your biceps. 

 

5. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly go back.
