  1. Lie face down on a flat bench and grab a pair of very light dumbbells with your palms facing the ground.

2. Lift the dumbbells off the ground and keep them next to your shoulders. This is the starting position.

 

3. Slowly extend your arms to move the dumbbells up and out. Hold the position for a moment and slowly bend your arms back to the starting position.
