Stand Straight with your feet Shoulder-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells in your hands.
2. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders, contract your lats and abs and supinate your wrists as much as you can.
3. Curl the dumbbells upwards and outwards and squeeze your biceps. Don’t Forget to keep your wrists supinated during the movement.
4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly come back down.
