Preacher Curls

  1. Sit on the Preacher Curl bench and grab the EZ Bar with a supinated (Underhand) Grip.

2. Place your arms on the pad and slowly bring the bar down. 

 

3. Hold the stretch for a moment and comeback up. Repeat the movement until fatique.
