Scap Pushdowns

  1. Sit upright in a dip machine after loading it with a desirable weight.

2. Extend your elbows completely and keep them that way. This is the starting position.

 

3. Relax your shoulder blades and allow your shoulders to go up towards your ears. 

 

4. Once your shoulders couldn’t be raised anymore, push down your shoulders back to the starting position
