Seated Barbell Curls

  1. Sit Upright on a bench or a chair and place the barbell on top of your knees. 

2. Grab the bar with your hands shoulder-width apart and with a supinated (Underhand) grip.


3. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders and contract your lats and abs.


4. Curl the bar Up towards your chest and squeeze your biceps. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly come back down.
