Seated Cable Hammer Curls

  1. Sit on your feet in front of the machine. Set the cable as low as possible and hold the Rope attachment with a Neutral grip.

2. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders, contract your lats and abs and place your elbows on top of your knees.


3. Curl the weight Up towards your chest and squeeze your biceps. 


4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly come back down.
