Singlehanded Dumbbell Curls

  1. Stand Straight with your feet Shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in one hand.

2. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders and contract your lats and abs.

 

3. Curl the dumbbell Up towards your chest and squeeze your bicep. Don’t Forget to supinate your wrist on the way up. 

 

4. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly come back down. 

 

5. Repeat the movement until fatique and once finished, Repeat the steps with your other arm.
