Zottman Curls

  1. Stand straight while holding a pair of dumbbells with your palms facing forward.

2. Stick your chest out, Unshrug your shoulders and contract your lats and abs.


3. Curl the dumbbells up towards your chest and at the top of the rep, rotate your palms so that they are facing away from your body.


4. Slowly lower the weight and once again rotate your palms back to the starting position.
