Lie on the incline bench and grab the barbell with your hands over shoulder-width apart (Overhand Grip).
2. Raise the barbell and hold it over your shoulders with your arms fully extended.
3. Slowly lower the barbell towards your ribcage by bending your elbows while keeping them at a 45 degree angle from your torso.
4. Pause briefly at the bottom and extend your elbows back to the starting position.
