Stand upright with your hands and feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Grab a broomstick loaded with a backpack and lift it over your head. This is the starting position.
3. Flex your elbows and slowly lower the bar behind your head while keeping your elbows tucked in (You can flare them out if you feel uncomfortable, but just a little. Your elbows shouldn’t face sideways).
4. Try to stretch your triceps at the bottom and after a brief pause, extend your arms back to the starting position.
