Hindu Pushups

  1. Get in a normal pushup position and elevate your pelvis until your arms are over your head.

2. Lower your body until your head almost reaches the floor and when your head is closest to the ground, lower your pelvis and press up your body.

 

3. After a brief pause, slowly lower your body and elevate your pelvis back to the starting position.
