Rope Overhead Tricep Extension

  1. Set the cable as high as possible with a Rope attachment.

2. Grab the rope and turn around, facing away from the machine. Lean forward and extend your arms directly over your head. Squeeze your triceps and hold this position for a moment.

 

3. After that, bend your elbows and slowly go back to the starting position
