Dumbbell Singlehanded overhead Tricep Extension

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab a dumbbell and lift it over your head.

2. bend your elbow and slowly lower the weight towards your opposite shoulder while keeping your upper arm next to your ear.

 

3. Try to stretch your triceps at the bottom and after a brief pause, extend your arm back to the starting position.

 

4. Once Finished, Repeat the steps with your other arm.
