EZ Bar Skull Crushers

  1. Lie on your back on a bench and hold an EZ bar from the inner bends over your shoulders.

2. Keep your head, shoulders and butt in contact with the bench at all times.

 

3. Bend your elbows and lower the bar to your forehead while keeping your upper arms straight.

 

4. Squeeze your triceps and extend your arms back to the starting position.
