Reverse Grip Singlehanded Tricep Pushdowns

  1. Set the cable as high as possible with a Single hand attachment.

2. Grab the bar with a Supinated (Underhand) Grip and keep your elbow tucked in and bent to 90 degrees.

 

3. Extend your elbow until your arm is completely straight. Squeeze your tricep and after a brief pause, return to the starting position.

 

4. Once Finished, repeat the steps with your other arm.
