Seated Rope Overhead Tricep Extension

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with a rope attachment and place a bench in front of it.

2. Grab the rope and sit on the bench, facing away from the machine and extend your arms directly over your head. Squeeze your triceps and hold this position for a moment.

 

3. After that, bend your elbows and slowly go back to the starting position.
