Dumbbell Skull Crushers

  1. Lie on your back on a bench and hold a pair of dumbbells over your shoulders, palms facing inward. Keep your head, shoulders and butt in contact with the bench at all times.

2. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells to your forehead while keeping your upper arms straight.

 

3. Squeeze your triceps and extend your arms back to the starting position.
