Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns

  1. Attach the Neutral grip bar to the pulldown cable and grab it with both hands.

2. Sit on the seat and fix your legs under the pad.

 

3. Slightly lean back and pull down the handle to your upper chest by flexing your elbows down and back.

 

4. Hold the position for a moment and slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
