Wide Grip Cable High Rows

  1. Set the cable as high as possible and place a bench in the middle of the machine.

2. Attach a straight bar to the cable and grab it with your hands over shoulder-width apart palms facing down. 

 

3. Sit on the bench and while keeping your back straight, pull the bar to your chest with your elbows slightly flared out. 

 

4. Squeeze your back for a second and slowly extend your elbows back to the starting position.
