Rocking Lat Pulldowns

  1. Attach a wide bar to the pulldown cable and grab it with your hands over shoulder-width apart.

2. Sit on the seat and fix your legs under the pad.

 

3. Slightly lean back and pull down the handle with only one arm while keeping the other arm straight.

 

4. Hold the position for a moment and slowly extend your arm back to the starting position and repeat the steps with the other arm.
